Selling Morgan Sindall

What does it mean for you?

Due to Morgan Sindall's growth in the industry, it is important now more than ever that our messages are seen, heard and processed.

We as a business create a lot of 'noise' but there is now a need and desire to streamline our activities.

As of March this year, there will be dedicated Communications and Marketing professionals employed in every region across Morgan Sindall Construction. These people are supported by the national team, headed up by Alice Hickling and alongside Simon Arnott. My role as Regional Communications and Marketing Manager is to support the three offices which fall within the London and Home Counties region. This will be at four separate levels:

Supporting Area Directors and their ambitions for the office including liaison with our PR team Influencial
Supporting site teams to share stories which can be used for both internal (bids) and external (marketing) purposes
Attending SLT meetings to support teams and raise awareness of marketing and communications. This will include cascading information from the national team in support of group objectives and drivers
Working with business development on round table events, pipeline and creating collateral

I will be working closely with the national team to deliver the Morgan Sindall Construction priorities and ensuring these are fed internally to our people and for them in turn to sell this to our clients.
