Introducing young people to construction

More than 160 young people from across Scotland attended a 3-day work taster event organised by Morgan Sindall Construction, Developing the Young Workforce, and Historic Environment Scotland.

Developed with young people in mind, the event showcased the full breadth of job roles in the construction industry and encouraged students to consider a career in the built environment.

Our goal was to educate and inspire the young attendees, encouraging them to consider careers in the built environment. By offering them a glimpse and hands-on experience across various roles within the industry, we aimed to ensure they left the event with a deeper understanding of construction and the incredible career opportunities it offers."
