Michelle has worked tirelessly to continue to develop our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Dynamics, which sits at the heart of our business development and work winning functions. Over the past 12 months, Michelle has successfully managed the incorporation of Dynamics 365, working closely with our IT teams ensuing no loss of service. Michelle is also recognised for providing first class support to our regional teams ensuring that data is accurate, and governance is delivered consistently.

Kevin O’Loughlin, Key Operative, Yorkshire & North East

Kevin has been with the business for a number of years and is an invaluable member of the team. Always polite, friendly and helpful Kevin has developed strong relationships with his work colleagues, both Morgan Sindall Construction and our Supply Chain, as well as clients on a number of projects within the region.

Castleward Spencer Academy, Birmingham Office, Central & West

An innovative new primary school, delivered on a small brownfield inner-city centre site. Morgan Sindall Construction teamed up with SCAPE's inhouse architectural practice, Lungfish Architects, to design and build a new 1.5 FE primary school to supplement the increase in population for this exciting new community.

Work began during the summer of 2020 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic however, with careful collaboration with all stakeholders and speedy procurement, the project was delivered ahead of schedule, defect free, and to budget. The project generated over £3m of social value, whilst scoring 10/10 for customer satisfaction

Owen Stacey, Social Value Manager, Cardiff

Owen joined the business in late 2021 and has already excelled at delivering our commitments to our clients on all projects in the Cardiff area. He made himself well known in the area from a very early stage and is already attending a number of significant events with schools and businesses in the area to support the teams social value goals.

David Williams & the Aftercare Team, North West

The team were awarded for their best practice in providing an exceptional customer experience during the initial 12 month operational phase at our New Bailey A7 project. Their support was duly acknowledged by our client MUSE Developments, with an outstanding Aftercare Customer Evaluation Questionnaire (CEQ), with recommended and average scores of 10 out of 10. A great achievement.

Jack Winter, Quantity Surveyor, Reuben College Project, Thames Valley

Jack has developed into the lead surveyor position on our most complicated project and is turning the commercials around following a difficult start. Jack has turned around an extremely difficult relationship with the customer, providing them with fast and responsive information, and confidence that commercial matters will be managed expediently.

In the 18 years that she has worked at Morgan Sindall, Julie Stonys has proved herself to be a loyal, adaptable and a committed employee. She goes above and beyond in supporting our people in her role within the HR function in London & Home Counties and will always go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience has been had by colleagues. She is hard-working, precise and a safe pair of hands who cares about the work she does and adds value to our business and the people agenda.

London Institute for Healthcare Engineering (LIHE) Team, London & Home Counties

This project entered the pre-construction phase as the pandemic was continuing to impact on our working patterns. With a customer who has some strong standards, a variance of stakeholders, a brief that needed developing and a fixed cost plan. The project team worked exceptionally hard over 18 months, to manage and lead this challenge. They worked with our supply chain, internal teams and used their own knowledge and tenacity to exceed our expectations on how to convert a PCSA, with a Perfect Delivery ethos.

Darren Douglas, Senior Site Manager, Scotland

Darren was recognised for his efforts on the Hilton Primary School project. At one stage in the programme the project was forecasting an eight-week delay to the completion date. Darren, through re-programming and negotiation with our customer and supply chain, was able to re-schedule works activities to meet the customers needs and reduce the eight weeks to four.

Without any self-consciousness effort, Darren embodies our 100% Safe ethos and has consistently gone the extra mile in everything he is involved with.
