London and the Home Counties have all the ingredients to become a global life sciences superpower: a connected ecosystem, deep research, manufacturing capability, capital, infrastructure, and now momentum.
But time is of the essence. Capital needs unblocking. Infrastructure needs strategic planning. The public sector must become an agile partner. And globally, the UK must step forward with a cohesive proposition: invest here, build here, grow here.
