Our network of defence-ready framework partners

CCS are the biggest UK public procurement organisation. The framework covers all aspects of construction and is split into six specialist lots, construction works, residential housing, high-rise accommodation, maritime, airfields, demolition/ decommissioning.

Pagabo are a national PCR/OJEU compliant procurement framework designed to support the public sector and projects that use public sector capital in procuring construction services. The framework consists of three value lots, and Morgan Sindall is on all three.

SCAPE is an accelerated, secure, and fully compliant route to market for defence projects. Morgan Sindall delivers projects nationally up to £100m, with early contractor engagement, free feasibility support, and the option to engage with its group companies, including Infrastructure, Overbury and Lovell.

A joint working agreement between Hampshire and Devon County Councils, the framework covers projects from the Northern Home Counties, South East, South West and London. Morgan Sindall has worked in partnership with SCF from its inception in 2006.
