Above all else, everybody had a great time

It was clear from the fantastic feedback we have received that all of our guests had a great time and the event gave local families a fun and free activity to entertain the children during half term.

“I liked driving the little electric diggers and squashing the sand – I’ve been here since this morning and done loads!

I didn’t know much about construction before, but now I want to be an electrician so I can build stuff and fix things. I’ve got so many stories to tell my friends at school!”

“It's been brilliant. I won the brickwork challenge, and I got to learn about demolition. My dad works in construction, but I think that demolition sounds more fun and interesting, so I might look at doing that in the future.”
