Traffic Management Plan

This development
comprises of a
new two and
three storey
(1080 place)
secondary school

incorporating a 32 place SEN Unit, with
staff car parking including disabled
spaces, mini bus spaces and electric
charging points. There is also a cycle and
scooter storage, an SEN drop off area,
external play areas comprising a grass
playing pitch, trim trail,
multi-use-games-area (MUGA),
3G all-weather pitch, running track lines
and a wildlife area.

In order to enhance the sustainability credentials, the building will utilize air source heat pumps and modern methods of construction, such as Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the external façade, which improves the building’s ability to retain heat and boosts its efficiency levels. Additional MMC elements include the design and manufacture of prefabricated MEP service modules for the project’s main service runs.
