Knowledge Quad

Our purpose is to create inspiring places that enhance the communities in which we all
live, learn, work, play, care and protect.

The Knowledge Quad concept began in 2019 at our £150m Paddington Village multi-project site in Liverpool City Council’s Knowledge Quarter.

The scale of this project enabled a substantial investment into tackling the worsening skills gap in construction and maximising the socio-economic value of the development.

Since its inception, Knowledge Quad has gone from strength to strength, with thousands of people across the UK benefitting from this initiative.
