Customer: Slough Urban Regeneration
The project comprises the removal and replacement of the existing cladding system with Vitradual aluminium A1 rated, non-combustible cladding. All balconies are also being replaced and remedial works are being carried out on the fire escapes. The building remains occupied during our works.
Customer: Oxford University
Replacement of failing GRC cladding with a non-combustible aluminium alternative along with internal drainage alterations.
Customer: Aurora (Portishead) Management Company
This project, located in Portishead, has been directly allocated through Procurement For Housing’s Fire Safety Framework and is for the removal of combustible façade materials and replacement with non-combustible materials.
