''Thank you to everyone who joined us for our 2021 National Supply Chain Awards. It was a great night to recognise the contribution our supply chain partners make to our business, and to celebrate their hard work and support in helping us create exceptional experiences for our customers.
We see our supply chain as much more than a group of subcontractors and suppliers. They are an extension of our business, and hence their performance, support, and engagement are key to our continued growth and success. Our focus is on developing long term relationships where there is opportunity for mutual success, and we strive to attract and retain the best supply chain in the industry by being their ‘customer of choice’.
In doing so we’ve made a significant investment over the past few years – whether that’s by offering free confidential support to everyone working on our sites through our Supply Chain Assistance Programme, or by offering our supply chain partners and their people free access to a range of online learning and development resources through our Supply Chain Academy.
We also recognise our best performing subcontractors through our Preferred Supply Chain Partner programme, which drives closer engagement, a deeper relationship, and rewards this consistent high performance with repeat work and no retention.
