Keller

Keller worked closely with our preconstruction team on Great Yarmouth Water & Leisure Complex to provide a greater bearing capacity as well as creating innovate solutions, enabling our design team to reduce the size of foundations. By doing so, they helped us reduce our carbon footprint for this project by using less concrete.

Apollo Cradles

On our C1 project, Apollo Cradles have worked closely with us through early engagement to produce a system that would severely reduce the risk of façade installers dropping items. They installed a drop down system between the wring face of the mast climber and the façade. The system had to be easy to use, electrically interlocking, modular & adjustable. This was achieved through design, testing and installation on-site.

Tekbuild Limited

TekBuild have embraced MMC in the delivery of SFS Systems and are growing their business to deliver more. Although this is the first time we have used this business in Scotland at Prestwick EC, they have supported our understanding of the process and explained what they do to make the process work for pre-fabricated panel systems through meetings, videos and visits to their manufacturing facility.

Eco Modular Buildings

Despite very challenging local resource and logistical issues caused by the pandemic, Eco Modular Buildings achieved a very tight programme and delivered a top quality product. They have also worked hard to improve their BIM capability this year.

As a new supply chain partner to the Midlands, Innovare have formed a close relationship with the team to provide innovate modular solutions to construction. Their collaborative approach saw the Rockwood Academy project utilise SIPS which proved more cost effective, more adaptable and more energy efficient meaning the team managed to do more for less without compromising quality. Their approach was always professional and safety was paramount to them as a company.
