Sotham Engineering

Sotham Engineering have provided an excellent collaborative approach to all aspects of their work on the North Denes project, communicating effectively both with their on-site dedicated M&E supervisors and with the Morgan Sindall site team on a frequent basis. They had excellent management of their subcontractors throughout the build, ensuring the work was completed safely, on time and to a good standard. They particularly managed the interfaces between M&E trades very well and excelled in the commissioning phase of the project, ensuring it was completed in ample time to allow certification to be released prior to handover.
