Fay has had quite a remarkable journey with us. After trying out one of our work experience weeks in Year 8 of school (at the start of which she openly admits that Construction wasn't for her), a site visit created that ‘lightbulb moment’ - since then she hasn't looked back - click on the video opposite to hear her story…

I don't even know how to put it into words how good an apprenticeship is.
I do a four day week, I get paid. I go
to Uni and that's paid for. I earn
while I learn. The team I work with
are so supportive - they're like a little work family. You get a company car, healthcare benefits and more. There's just so much to it, it just makes sense!
