What does Social Value mean to you?
Social value to me is the positive change we create in local communities, it is the contribution we make to society, economically and in particular, the difference we can make to an individual's life.
As we move into the new year, we have an incredible opportunity to collaborate with our clients and key stakeholders across our area to build on the successes of 2024. We also need to maintain our focus on fostering an inclusive workplace where we can attract the next generation and beyond this, those who may not have even considered construction as a career option.
None of this impact would be possible without your continued support so this is my way of recognising just a fraction of some of the initiatives we've seen in 2024. If there are any areas where we can support our social value agenda please do make contact.
