Perfect Delivery is a philosophy which provides a common set of principles that apply to everyone and everything we do.
It began life almost 20 years ago and has been developing year on year to provide the best for our customers.
Today, in 2022, it defines five customer commitments, split into two sections; delivering the product, and exceptional experience.
In addition to defining a unique customer charter of objectives for your project, each customer commitment is measured during pre-construction, construction, handover and during the customer care phase, to ensure we are delivering sought-after experiences.

Morgan Sindall has done a great job in creating a landmark building - the level of quality delivered on our project is outstanding. The project simply wouldn't have been able to be delivered without the partnership we had.
Creating inspiring places for people to learn is a huge part of our sector experience.
This includes the delivery of primary, secondary and SEND schools as well as helping Universities and Colleges develop their estates as well.
In our local business unit alone we have delivered over £70 million of education sector schemes, and nationally, we deliver around £350 million of education projects every year.

Our experience includes the delivery wet and dry leisure centres, gyms, theatres, football stadiums, ice arenas, swimming pools and activity centres.
