**OUR EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING FURTHER EDUCATION PROJECTS**
Further education campuses and buildings deliver specialist environments for pupils to thrive.
These spaces can be repurposed city centre buildings, or new teaching facilities on existing campuses.
These spaces are equal in specialism to higher education, but focus on delivering education post-secondary that is not taken as part of an undergraduate or graduate degree.
Having worked across all types of College campuses, our experience has ranged from delivering extensive refurbishments, large scale specialist teach blocks, laboratories, research spaces, pioneering sustainable buildings and sports facilities.
These places are built for longevity, and by getting us involved at the earliest possible stage, we can help customers make the right balance of cost, quality and carbon choices.

Morley College | £13.4mRoyal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
This redevelopment combines the cut and carve refurbishment of the existing 1930s college building with two modern extensions offering a state-of-the-art learning environment to students.
The transformation of the existing 1930s, three-storey building underwent a complete strip out and renovation. New build sections connect directly into the existing building, and the steel frame building now includes offices and classrooms on the top floor, a brand new entrance and café area. The college now boasts four recording and practise studios with floating floors, two radio studios and an EA games room.
The site backed onto a busy rail network leading to Paddington station. We developed strategic relationships with Network Rail, regularly communicating with them to resolve any issues and mitigate any risks or disruption.
The multi-million pound investment has been well-used to produce a modern, vibrant, welcoming college centre. We now want to spread the word that we are here and a warm welcome awaits."
