**OUR EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING CARE HOME AND HOSPICE PROJECTS**
Not only do these facilities provide positive and dedicated care for residents and patients, they directly impact a range of social factors.
State-of-the-art care homes help reduce loneliness, improve mental health and wellbeing and life expectancy. Hospices provide a calmly caring environment for those in palliative care.
Putting these patients and residents, at the heart of the delivery is vital within the design and construction process.
To do this effectively, getting everyone involved at the earliest stage is vital, so that we can provide the most effective and purpose led design, fast tracking it through any construction challenges.
Our diverse portfolio of experience across the health sector includes new builds, extensions and refurbishments to deliver different types of care homes, as well as palliative care hospice's too.

Priscilla Bacon Hospice | £11.9mNorwich, Norfolk
Delivered directly for Pricilla Bacon Hospice Charity, the new 24 bed adult hospice is built on a beautifully landscaped site.
The 3,550 m2 building is arranged over two floors with the exception of the in-patient care being single storey. Each of the patient rooms includes a private garden that looks out on to extensively landscaped private parklands.
The steel framed building also includes offices, meeting rooms, gymnasium, community and therapy rooms.
This all-electric building makes it an entirely fossil free site, whilst the air permeability achieved an impressive 3.37 on the final test. A PV farm and air source heat pumps also contribute to its impressive sustainability features,
We couldn't fault the Morgan Sindall approach to the project. The completely open and collaborative relationship which has been built up during the project has made it a pleasure to work on. The whole customer experience continues to be very good.

Orchard View Adult & Continuing Care Facility | £7.3mInverclyde
Orchard View is a contemporary healthcare facility providing adult and elderly continuing care and mental health accommodation with a particular focus on delivering a dementia friendly environment.
Delivered for NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, a key element of the design was the incorporation of internal courtyards, ensuring continuous availability of therapeutic outdoor space for service users.
The project also involved an arts strategy (Hearts, Hands and Minds), delivered by consultants working with local community groups, aimed at maximising the therapeutic benefits of the facility's aesthetics e.g. in quiet rooms, corridors and courtyards.
We retained good communication links throughout the build. The build and finishes therein exceed our expectations. We received handover information and training on new equipment, MS minimised disruption to our neighbours. We had an excellent rapport with MS and it was a pleasure to work with this team.
