Quality pathway documents - Visual Standards
To support our projects with the management of quality on site we have created a dedicated area which contains access to alerts, guidance and visual standards to be used as and when required.
The purpose of the quality pathway page is to support our teams in understanding quality in construction and how to get it right using the information and guidance available.
The quality pathway is accessible to internal and external site team members to support them whilst on the project. This helps our teams to understand quality, how to avoid and prevent future issues. This page includes defect avoidance guidance, quality alerts (risk notification system), and simple rules which focus on getting quality right.
The quality pathway poster should be displayed on all our projects for easy access to quality information.
Quality alerts are received from internal or external sources and are shared via the CORE on the Quality page. These are also shared to all quality managers and to contacts on our projects to ensure our teams are aware of current issues within the construction industry. This helps us to prevent similar issues on our sites, so it is important to cascade this information as soon as possible.
