SCAPE’s BIM Policy reflects its long-term commitment to maximising the value and efficiency delivered through our frameworks and services.

It supports the Government’s Construction Playbook, which positions BIM as a key enabler for delivering safer projects, reducing costs, accelerating timelines, and cutting emissions significantly. These significant improvements for building safety, cost, value, and environmental performance are not possible without open-sharable asset information derived from BIM adoption at industry scale.

The 'whole lifecycle’ view that SCAPE now takes, challenges it to address organisational BIM-adoption and compliance with the ISO 19650 Standard, and it has chosen to do this in line with the UK BIM Framework.
