On this challenge, the SCAPE Construction framework delivers. This fully compliant framework is competitively tendered for a direct award, to fix partner fee, equipment and set up costs, and staff costs at framework award stage.
This means every contractor partner provides you the assurance of a fixed cost on these elements on day one. The remaining project cost is then made up of sub-contract packages, every single one is market tested at the point of delivery (with a minimum of three supplier quotations).

To use any SCAPE framework, a form called an Access Agreement needs to be signed. It can be requested by clicking here.
Once the agreement is signed, you can start working with SCAPE and Morgan Sindall Construction. At completion of this stage you will prepare and sign a Project Request form.
