About the Project: Bescot Depot

Welcome to our Social Value Highlights page for our National Highways - Bescot Depot Project. Here you can read about the project and its positive effect on the community, and track progress as it happens.

Morgan Sindall Construction has been appointed by National Highways to deliver four projects as part of its office and depot upgrades. The Bescot project comprises of the construction of a new two-storey office building with associated external works, including the removal of the existing buildings from site.

The new buildings will serve a multiple purpose, housing the local operational teams, non-operational personnel and visitors. We are working in collaboration with project manager Gleeds and architect Harris Partners as well as National Highways’ maintenance and response partner, Colas.
