September 24 Update

Welcome to our West Bromwich Town Hall & Library Project.

This page will provide updates on project progress, detail any upcoming works and provide information to stakeholders and local community.

September Progress Update: We have had a really productive few months making good use of the improved weather conditions over the summer that has helped our specialist trades to complete much of their weather dependent work.

A significant amount of scaffolding has been removed, revealing the Town Hall in all it's glorious detail.

All of the pitched roofs have now been

completed, along with a good proportion of the decorative stone and special bricks that form the character of this iconic building.

The window frames that were white before we started work, have now been painted a dark brown which is the colour that they were originally painted in 1890.
