About The Project

Appointed by Sandwell MBC through the CWM framework, our West Bromwich Town Hall & Library project comprises of the restoration of the Grade II listed West Bromwich Town Hall, originally built in 1874-75 by Alexander and Henman.

Works include both internal and external refurbishment to future-proof the building, recreating a strong presence on West Bromwich High Street and a sense of pride in a new Civic Quarter.

Together, we codesign and deliver social value activities that prioritise the outcomes that matter most to local people. Our Social Value targets for this project are outlined within Section 4.
