To use any SCAPE framework, a simple Access Agreement needs to be signed. You can request this form here.
Once the agreement is signed, you can work with SCAPE and their delivery partners to start shaping your needs. At completion of this stage, a Project Request form is signed.

We know that local authorities continue to face unprecedented pressures to implement public services with greater benefits, relative to costs.
On this challenge, the SCAPE Scotland Construction framework delivers. This OJEU compliant framework is competitively tendered for a direct award, to fix partner fee, equipment and set up costs, and staff costs at framework award stage.
This means every contractor partner provides you the assurance of a fixed cost on these elements on day one. The remaining project cost is then made up of sub-contract packages - each one is market tested at the point of delivery, with a minimum of three supplier quotations. In seven years together, 100% of our projects have been delivered on budget.
