Trusted, reliable, flexible and innovative

We provide our partners with a full range of services, from finding land through to building new homes. We believe in not just creating homes, but also supporting the community around our projects, through job creation and local investment.
Key sectors include:

One of our most impactful campaigns #The50DayDifference smashed the 50-day target and amassed a staggering 232 days of voluntary work in the communities we help to build.
Over the year we worked with partners, local residents and charities to give indoor and outdoor spaces a new lease of life completing 67 tasks across 39 venues.
In partnership with Pobl group and Y Prentis, a group of our volunteers helped to refurbish the Community House in Maindee, Newport.
We identified this as a key area for improvement and realised we could work to transform the space which is used to help people’s lives.
#50MilesToChangeALife was a challenge we set our team to walk, run, swim, or cycle 50 miles to raise funds for Centrepoint.
In total 204 team members took part collectively covering a staggering 24,325 miles and raised £5,000 to help provide homeless young people with safe accommodation and to get back into education.
Utilising HVO across our sites has been a significant factor in reducing our Scope 1 carbon emissions in 2021. Compared to traditional diesel, HVO reduces emissions by up to 90% and acts as a direct alternative.
We have an aim to become HVO exclusive, subject to supply availability and we are engaging with our supply chain to encourage a collaborative move to ensuring that our operational carbon emissions are lowered.
Lovell has partnered with housing association LiveWest to deliver 60 social rent and shared ownership homes that meet the latest sustainability standards.
All the homes will be insulated to a standard higher than required by building regulations and offer an energy efficiency score of at least 86. The homes will also be fitted with solar photovoltaic panels to generate their own electricity and include electric car charging ports.
We encourage innovation throughout the supply chain and actively seek to trial alternative products which identify opportunities to improve the ways in which we operate.
Examples include the use of concrete bricks, which hold lower embodied carbon and produce a 38% CO2e saving, and hybrid generators from ThinkHire which utilise solar energy and batteries to reduce carbon emissions.
