We also work closely with our sister companies within Morgan Sindall Group to engage collaboratively with our Supply Chain Family of suppliers and manufacturers.
Protecting people: Protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone who comes into contact with our business is our number one priority.

Improving the environment: Improving the environment is fundamental to all our business activities. We will act to combat climate change and its impact by reducing the CO2 emissions of our activities. Where possible we reduce, resuse or recyle to minimise our environmental impact.
Working together with our supply chain: Treating suppliers and subcontractors as delivery partners on all our projects helps to build loyalty, amintain quality and delivery outstanding customer service. Where possible we will use local suppliers and subcontractors on our projects.
Enhancing communities: Through our projects we can deliver social, economic and environmental value to communities, improving the quality of infrastructure and regenerating the places people live and work. Where possible we provide training and career opportunities for local residents.
We will only achieve this by forging closer relationships, inviting their input and ideas, treating them fairly and rewarding good performance.
