Employees who are eligible for a company car benefit will be notified of their entitlement in their contract of employment. Lex Autolease is our company car provider and they will provide details of your contract and lease, and will contact you regarding car servicing details and renewal options.
You can also opt for a cash allowance instead, which will be reflected in your monthly payslip.
As part of our responsible business commitment to improving the environment, only fully electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrids are now available through the scheme. A wide range of EVs are included in the scheme, not just those from our current manufacturers. This currently includes Tesla, Audi, BMW, DS, Hyundai, Jaguar, Kia, Mercedes, MG, Mini, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, Seat, Skoda, Smart, Tesla and Vauxhall.

Monthly paid employees are able to purchase up to five additional days leave, the window opens in January and full details on how to do this will be communicated via email.
HolidayPlus is managed via the People Portal, when you make a claim to purchase additional holiday you will be told how much this will cost you each month as part of the salary sacrifice scheme. Deductions are made over 11 months February – December.
