In addition to these we also offer a number of face to face/virtual workshops, supporting resources and further information about these will be made available in the coming weeks.

Upon completion of a recognised academic or professional qualification/membership, you may be entitled to a monetary award from £500 - £1000, dependant on the qualification achieved.
This includes full membership to a technical institution or completion of a degree or apprenticeship in your relevant discipline.

Talented people are key to our success, and it’s important to us that we recognise those colleagues who choose to remain with the business for a long period of time. As well as giving us the benefit of their skills and experience, those people with long service also provide stability and continuity for their colleagues, strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners, and a deep understanding of the business.
To recognise their commitment, we offer Long Service Awards to celebrate milestones starting after 10 years with the business. This is both recognition of the service given, and a monetary award as a token of our appreciation.
Employees will be contacted when they reach their milestone with details of how to access their reward through the People Portal.
Our employee referral scheme has been designed to encourage you to introduce friends, ex-colleagues or network contacts to become a permanent member of the team.
The scheme is open to MS6 – MS11 employees.
Should your introduction be successful, you will receive a payment of £2,000 that will be paid on completion of the new employee's six months continued service.
