Incentive Scheme

The incentive scheme is a non-contractual benefit which reflects our decentralised philosophy by recognising your contributions to the performance of your local business or function.

In recognition of hard work and support, and overall business success, we provide an incentive payment to employees dependant on business year performance.

Sharesave Plan

From time to time, Morgan Sindall Group may invite colleagues from across the Group to participate in a Sharesave Plan.

This is a convenient way to save directly from your net pay each month, with an opportunity to use these savings to buy discounted shares in the Company in three years’ time at a price that is fixed now. However there's no obligation to buy shares at the end of the Plan; you can simply take back your savings if you prefer.

You will automatically receive an invitation to participate if the Group offers the opportunity to join another Sharesave Plan.

Pension Scheme

To help people save for their retirement, legally we have to ensure everyone is automatically enrolled into a workplace pension if they:

earn more than £9,440 p/yr
are 22 years or over & under State Pension age.

As well as the mandatory auto enrolment scheme, the company also offers employees the option to join the full pension scheme where their contributions will be matched up to 6%. For more information please follow the link below.
