I'm often asked what makes us different and no matter how I look at it, all roads lead back to our people.
But, yes, I know, anyone can say that. And that, is very true. But, what underpins that difference is the decentralised approach that Morgan Sindall has, and always had, to empower local people to do the right thing.
Our local office is based in Wakefield, with a leadership team and colleagues, who own their own balance sheet, and are therefore able to make decisions locally for the people and places that matter to them.
After all, we all live here, we work here, our families and friends are cared for by the local NHS, so we truly care about the legacy we leave behind.

Making the right decisions for our customers, consultants and supply chain in Yorkshire is key, and we're able to do that thanks to the financial security of Morgan Sindall Group.
Our 2024 results were another record year with Group revenue increased by 10% to over £4.5bn, while adjusted operating profit before tax was up 19% to £172.5m.
The Group’s balance sheet remains strong with net cash of £492m, and its high-quality secured order book of £11.4bn, up 28% on the prior year leaves the Group well-positioned for the future and on track to deliver an outcome for 2025 which is in line with its current expectations.
This enables us to make empowered decisions, locally, for the long term benefit of all stakeholders. It's about doing the right thing, not just for today, but the future too.
